Cindy brings thirty years of experience in healthcare to the role of Executive Director at the Mineral Springs Hospital. Her career has included both urban and rural settings where she began as a Registered Nurse then expanded her experience in many areas including education, professional practice, quality, strategic planning, human resource management and multiple site leadership.
Cindy holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from the University of New Brunswick and a Masters Degree in Nursing (focus Administration) from the University of Alberta. Cindy was inducted into the Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma Theta Tau International) in 1994. As the Executive Director for the Mineral Springs Hospital, Cindy enjoys the many aspects of being associated with a facility that strives for excellence as well as the work involved in achieving the Mission, Vision and Values of Covenant Health.
